Due to continued interest, The Dirksen Congressional Center is excited and
proud to launch "CongressLink webCOMMUNICATOR," a newsletter Web site --
(http://webCOMMUNICATOR.congresslink.org/)

Subscribers will continue to receive monthly e-mail messages alerting them
to improvements in, and new uses of, CongressLink. But these messages will
be briefer, linking users to expanded features at the webCOMMUNICATOR site.

We hope you will find CongressLink webCOMMUNICATOR even more valuable,
offering more detail, better graphics, and even historical documents online.

Take a look and let us know what you think! You are welcome to subscribe if
you haven't already - please join us!

CongressLink's home page -- (http://www.congresslink.org/ -- is sporting a
new look. The redesign puts the most used features of the site at your
finger tips. CongressLink Highlights, for example, identifies Web sites,
lesson plans, and other services of special interest. Our new Congressional
Information Center gives you one-click access to Congress Members' e-mail
addresses and contact information; to leadership and committee rosters and
charters; to media organizations by ZIP code; to legislative proposals and
voting records; to current floor committee schedules in the House and
Senate; and, to a wealth of information about the 2000 elections.

The Dirksen Congressional Center will change the CongressLink home page
about every six weeks to highlight special features of the site and to bring
users new, up-to-date information about the people's branch of government.

Refer to the CongressLink Web site - (http://www.congresslink.org/) - to
access the CongressLink highlights and supporting links. Select the star to
link to the desired feature.
